We have proudly appointed PYRAMID DISPLAYS as our official Exhibition Contractor.

Pyramid Displays presents a full service exhibition experience.  They are able to supply the hire of all your exhibition needs from furniture and floors, plants and audio visual equipment, extra power or lighting and stand upgrades to full custom stand design and construction.

Early February 2019, Pyramid Displays will send you an Exhibitor Kit with options for the above as well as a request for your fascia signage requirements.

In the meanwhile, you are welcome to visit Pyramid Displays user friendly website to view hire items however please do not submit requests for quotation until you have received your exhibitor kit.

Late and missing deliveries are the main problem for sponsors and exhibitors when arriving onsite for a conference.

  1. Download and use the delivery label provided by the venue (TOP OF PAGE).
  2. Confirm with your courier the delivery has been made BEFORE you arrive.
  3. Have the name of your courier, the consignment numbers and confirmed delivery date when you arrive.
  4. Goods can be delivered to the Resort within 48 hours of the event
  1. Box up any materials requiring collection and leave on your stand for collection by venue staff during bump out.
  2. Arrange for collection of the items with your courier.
  3. Check with your courier whether a consignment note/number is required. If so include these details on your boxes before they are collected by the venue staff.
  4. All goods must be removed from the resort premises no later than 2 days post event.

When booking please appoint a single point of contact within your Organisation.

All bookings will be recorded under the one name and all correspondence will be sent to this person.

An official name badge will be required to access the conference and exhibition areas.  

Anyone from your Organisation attending the conference, or guests you wish to invite, must register with Conference Design prior to the event.

 All company representative registrations and social functions, inclusive and/or additional, need to be booked.

There will be limited on-site storage facilities for packing materials, boxes and giveaways.

Exhibitors cannot leave boxes and packing material in the exhibition display area during the show.
